Enjoy our first stop by delighlig yourselves with a cup of local cypriot coffee made with a finely ground coffee that is boiled in a tall, narrow pot known as a briki. The coffee is very strong with foam on the top called a kaimaki and served with the coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup and a glass of water. Or if you prefer international coffee, feel free to ask the waiter of their menu availability.
Your coach driver will make a stop in the Capital city centre and provide you with the details of area. He will also provide you information regarding the reassembly time, in order to proceed your journey back to Pafos. Keep in mind that you must follow the instructions given by your guide and respect the time of return to the designated drop off point.
Begin your shopping day tour on Ledra Street, one of the main shopping streets in Nicosia. Explore the various shops, international brands, and local boutiques. Take the opportunity to cross the Ledra Street Crossing, a pedestrian checkpoint that leads to the northern part of Nicosia. Check out the shops and markets on the other side. Make sure to have your passport with you if you decide to cross onto the other side. Look for shops selling traditional Cypriot handicrafts. Items such as Lefkara lace, pottery, and local artwork make for unique and meaningful souvenirs.
Take a break for lunch at a local taverna or café in the old town. Enjoy traditional Cypriot dishes and relax in a charming setting.
Make sure to be back at the assembly point in the deisgnated due time given by your coach/guide in order to embark to journey back to Pafos.
The coach will leave you at the original pick up point at the end of the tour. Several stops will be made to drop off all travellers who joined the tour.
