SA Coaches Sightseeing Tours – Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
To secure your booking, a deposit or full prepayment (depending on the tour selected) is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due prior to the tour departure time. Failure to pay in full may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Credit card payments may be subject to additional processing fees.
Your sensitive information, including personal data and credit card details, is handled with utmost security through Stripe’s advanced processing technology.
For tickets purchased through our partners network, it may require full prepayment in cash or a fix prepayment amount, which will be communicated to you when purchasing the tour.
Group bookings are available, subject to a non refundable deposit of full prepayment(depending on the tour selected).
Tour Itinerary:
SA Coaches reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to factors such as weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we endeavor to adhere to the planned itinerary, deviations may occur for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Participant Requirements:
Participants must be in good health and able to participate in all scheduled activities.
Children 3 -12 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are subject of ticketing at the child fare.
Children under age of 3 years of age can join the tour on complimentary basis, sharing the seat with the parent.
Baby seats/child seat or boosters are not provided.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and must comply with all instructions given by tour guides and staff.
Health and Safety:
Participants are encouraged to have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses or trip interruptions.
SA Coaches is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour.
Responsibilities of Participants:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, tour guides, and local residents.
Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in the participant being removed from the tour without refund.
Changes to Itinerary:
In the event of significant itinerary changes, SA Coaches will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible.
If a tour is canceled by SA Coaches due to insufficient participation or other reasons beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made or the possibility of rebooking the trip or select a different trip available.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48hrs prior to the tour departure date will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit for large groups.
Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures during the tour will not be eligible for refunds.
Travel Documents:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the duration of the tour.
SA Coaches is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to missing or invalid travel documents.
Intellectual Property:
Participants may take photographs and videos for personal use only.
Partners Sales:
Tickets sold through partner channels, such as hotel receptions, are subject to the terms and conditions of SA Coaches.
SA Coaches is not responsible for the terms and conditions set by partners.
Privacy Policy:
Customer information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
